When Mick White, a Northampton based businessman, began a small packaging company with his wife Sheila in 1991, he would have laughed at any suggestion that 17 years down the line, his company would be employing over 110 people across three sites in Northamptonshire with over 250,000 sq ft at their disposal, while servicing some of the world's biggest and best-known blue chip companies including leading car manufacturer Ford Motor Company and leading cosmetic company Molton Brown.
